Terms of Purchase
These Terms of Purchase apply whenever an order is placed through Floranhyc.
Wuhan Baiyi Youxuan Technology Co., Ltd., doing business as Floranhyc, operates the store and is responsible for purchases made through it.
1. Placing Your Order
Customers may be asked to provide information necessary to complete a purchase, including:
- Name;
- Email;
- Telephone number;
- Shipping address;
- Billing information;
- Payment information.
Customers are responsible for reviewing this information for accuracy before submitting an order.
2. Order Review and Acceptance
Submitting an order begins the purchasing process but does not guarantee that every order can be fulfilled.
Orders may be reviewed for:
- Successful payment authorization;
- Product availability;
- Address accuracy;
- Suspected fraud;
- Other legitimate transaction issues.
If we cannot fulfill an order after collecting payment, the applicable cancelled amount will be refunded.
3. Pricing
Current product prices are displayed on the applicable product pages.
The final checkout amount may include the product price, applicable shipping costs, discounts, and taxes where relevant.
Customers will have an opportunity to review the applicable amount before completing payment.
4. Payment
Payment must be successfully authorized before normal fulfillment begins.
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout and may be processed by third-party payment providers.
5. Pricing or Technical Errors
If an obvious pricing or technical error affects an order, we may contact the customer before fulfillment.
Where appropriate, the customer may be given the option to continue using corrected information or cancel the affected purchase.
If an affected order is cancelled after payment has already been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
6. Shipping Terms
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
For eligible U.S. orders:

Order total of $39.00 USD or more:
Standard Shipping — FREE

7. Returns
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Customers must contact service@floranhyc.com before returning merchandise.
For preference-based returns, return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility.
For confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products, we will provide an appropriate resolution without requiring the customer to pay additional return shipping costs for resolving that issue.
8. Refunds
After an approved return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
The customer's bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
9. Order Changes and Cancellation
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact:
Requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist when the order has not progressed too far through fulfillment.
Once an order has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Where eligible, a return may instead be requested after delivery.
No arbitrary cancellation charge is imposed simply because a customer submits an eligible cancellation request.
10. Problems With Merchandise
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us with:
- Your order number;
- Details of the issue;
- Photographs or videos where reasonably relevant.
Our customer service team will review the information and provide an appropriate solution.
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Where applicable consumer protection law provides additional mandatory rights, those rights remain unaffected.
